<strong> Se spala carnea si se pune la fiert, la foc potrivit, intr-o oala cu apa rece. Cind da in clocot se curata de spuma, se pune putina sare si se lasa sa fiarba in continuare, pe foc mic, fara sa mai clocoteasca. In timpul fiertului se acopera oala cu un capac lasind o deschizatura de un deget, pentru iesirea aburului. Carnea fiarta se taie in cubulete. <br /><br />Se curata si se spala legumele si zarzavatul si se pun la fiert (mazarea din conserva nu se fierbe). <br /><br />Dupa fierbere, cartofii, morcovii, patrunjelul si telina se taie in cubulete. <br /><br />Se pune totul intr-un castron, se adauga castraveciorii taiati, gogosarul taiat si mazarea. Se sareaza, se adauga o parte de maioneza si o lingura de mustar si se amesteca bine. <strong>Într-o tigaie încingem untul.Când e topit, punem usturoiul tăiat felii subțiri și 3-4 linguri de ulei de măsline.Amestecam in tigaia cu usturoiul 2 minute, apoi adăugăm fulgii de chili și mai amestecam câteva secunde.Apoi adăugăm passata. Amestecăm totul bine și lăsăm să dea un clocot (alte 2 minute) și la final punem busuiocul, oregano și potrivim de sare și piper. Toate astea se vor întampla în timp ce se fierb pastele. Se freaca galbenusurile cu zahar.<br />
Se adauga coaja tocata marunt si sucul de mandarine si se amesteca.<br />
Se pune faina si se incorporeaza albusurile batute spuma.<br />
Se toarna compozitia intr-o tava pentru tort tapetata cu unt si faina.<br />
Se coace 25-30 minute la 180 grade.<br />

Se amesteca intr-o cratita zaharul, oul, laptele si sucul de mandarine.<br />
Se pune pe foc si se amesteca pana incepe sa fiarba.<br />

Se adauga putin cate putin peste untul frecat spuma cu coaja de mandarina.<br />

Se pun la fiert macaroanele in apa cu putin ulei si sare. Intre timp se pregateste branza de vaci, cu 1 lingura coaja de lamaie, 50 g stafide, zahar dupa gust,1 plic zahar vaniliat. Se scurg macaroanele. Se unge o tava cu unt si se presara pesmet. Se pune jumatate din macaroane,peste branza de vaci,iar la sfarsit restul macaroanelor. Ouale se bat impreuna cu laptele 1-2 linguri de zahar. Se da la cuptor pana se rumeneste putin pe deasupra. </div>

Preparare: </h2>

Se separa galbenusurile de albusuri. Intr-un castron se amesteca branza,
galbenusurile zaharul vanilat si praful de copt. Se formeaza un aluat
peste care se pune faina si se framanta pana se poate modela. Pentru
fiecare portie se socotesc cate doua bucati. Din fiecare bucata se mai
taie o bucatica de marimea unei masline mai mari. Din cea mare se
formeaza un cilindru iar din bucata mica o biluta. Bucatile modelate se
pun in uleiul incins. <br />

Dupa ce s-au rumenit se scot pe farfurie, cilindtii se aseaza vertical
si se umplu cu dulceata, se pune biluta si se toarna smantana. Se
orneaza cu lichid de dulceata<br />

Se curata cartofii , ceapa, morcovul si ardeiul. Cartofii se pun
intr-o oala cu apa rece. Ceapa se spala si se toaca micut. Se pune la
calit intr-o oala cu putin ulei. Dupa ce se caleste ceapa se adauga si
carnea sa se caleasca . Apoi se adauga mirodeniile, morcovul si
ardeiul.Se mai lasa putin si dupa accea se pun si rosile.<br />
Intre timp se taie cartofii feliute si se aseaza un "pat' intr-o
tava.Pe deasupra se pune amestecul de carne si se acopera cu alt strat
de cartofi.<br />
Se acopera cu folie alimetara si se baga la cuptor pentru 30-45 min. <br />
Se curata burta si se pune la fiert cu morcovii, ceapa si o capatana de usturoi necuratata (taiata in doua).<br />
Dupa ce se fierbe burta se scot legumele, se lasa ciorba sa se raceasca
putin timp in care se bat galbenusurile cu toata cantitatea de smantana
in care se adauga si putin otet ca sa nu se coaguleze oul. <br />
Dupa ce sa racorit putin ciorba se pune amestecul rezultat si se amesteca. <br />
Pentru culoare se ia un morcov proaspat, se da pe razatoare si se caleste in ulei pana cand uleiul se coloreaza. <br />

<strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></div>
Se prajesc usor ficateii, in ulei si apoi se lasa la racit , dupa care se toaca la cutit. Ceapa se caleste in grasimea ramasa cu ciupercile foliate. Faina se desface in laptele rece si se amesteca cu ouale battue. Se adauga la amestecul de ficat si ciuperci, apoi totul se condimenteaza, dupa gust si se lasa pe foc pana se ingroasa usor. Se umplu clatitele, care se ruleaza, infundand capetele, se dau prin ou, pesmet si se prajesc in ulei. Se pot servi cu sos de rosii sau cu smantana.<br />

Intr-un castron se pun galbenusurile 1/2 zahar si se bat spuma. Se pun mirodeniile, faina si 100 ml lapte rece.<br />Cand fierbe laptele, se adauga amestecul de ingrediente reci.
